Just want to share with you my last project before fasting month, 20 chocolate cuppies for Nana, 40 cheese tarts for Yana, 30 for Mega and 10 for Nana & a blueberry cheese cake for my nephew who celebrates his first birthday. Today also is a merdeka day, it falls on Sunday so that tomorrow is a holiday, what a nice coincidence, first day fasting is a holiday. I will take a break during fasting month to focus on the cookies demand from my friends. I sold only 2 types of cookies i.e. chocolate chip cookies and chocolate oat crispies. Thanks to all of my friends who have ordered the cookies, I will delivery one week before raya, InsyaAllah.

This is to inform that there is no delivery for coming fasting month. However, I open orders for Hari Raya to all, the closing date is 7 Sept 2008. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you 'Selamat Berpuasa, may this time will be better than the last time, InsyaAllah'.

Last week, I managed to bake a birthday cake for my sister, it is a chocolate cake and this is the first time I tried to decorate using butter cream. Last time I only poured chocolate ganache on top. I know I have to improve...practise, practise and practise. But one thing for sure, I made my sister happy..on that day.

Today, for the first time, I baked some chocolate cupcakes with very basic decoration for my sister. I am not good in decorating but with a lot of practise and training, may be I will be able to decorate much much better.

Wow, this week seems so busy to me. Lots of order from frens, and this weekend I can't take a rest because I have to bake, bake...Thanks to Sarah, Siti Rahmah, Farah, Nur and Fatimah for ordering my cheese tarts. This Sunday I'm going to deliver chocolate cake for Mama Natra and 11 boxes of cheese tarts to Kak Zana. While on Monday, I have to deliver to Azieta and Mama Natra again, and that will be my first time of delivering chocolate cup cake. I do not know how it will look like, if it is ok, I will post the photo here.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish Mama Natra, a very happy birthday on 27/7-Sunday. I pray for your safety, healthy, happiness, have a long life and murah rezeki.

As promised, I post the photos of carrot cake, prune cake and chocolate cake. Carrot cake and prune cake prices are RM 50 each. However, I have not finalised the chocolate cake price yet. I will post it later once calculated.

Last Sunday, I delivered a carrot cake for Wan. I will post the photo by end of this week, InsyaAllah, together with prune cake photo.

Wow, my schedule is tight for this week. Monday (7/7), cheese tarts for Kak Suzylah and Yati. Tuesday (8/7) for Kak Su, my neighbour, Thursday (10/7), prune cake and strawberry almond tart for Yana, fruit tarts for Lilian and Kak Suzylah, Friday (11/7) cheese tarts, fruit tarts and moist butter cake for Kak Maimunah and Ayong. Saturday (12/7), moist butter cake for Mama Natra. It means that I have closed orders for Thursday and Friday. For those who are intend to order, can do so on next week. Thank you!!

Normally, Friday is the busiest day for me. Yesterday, I delivered Blueberry Cheese Tart for Ayong & Kak Zana. Strawberry Almond Tart for Shazirah. Moist Butter Cake for Kak Zana. Thank you, frens.

Due to a lot of pricing queries, I post the latest price here and these are subject to ingredients price changes from time to time, I'm sure that you know, most of groceries price are increasing nowadays, since the oil price hike last month, especially eggs, cheese, flour, sugar and butter. Nevertheless, cake boxes and cake boards prices are also affected.

As of now, the prices are as follows:

Blueberry Cheese Tart RM 11 per box which contains 10 pieces of tart. Minimum order 2 boxes.
Strawberry Almond Tart RM 30.
Moist Butter Cake RM 30.
Chocolate Walnut Brownies RM 50.
Fruit Tart (cocktail fruits) RM 1.10 per piece, Minimum order 20 pieces.

I will post the price for Prune Cake, Carrot Cake and Cheese Cake next week, InsyaAllah. If you would like to order, please notify me 2 days in advance so that I can arrange for the preparation. FYI, this Friday (4/7/08) orders are full and has been closed. I also have a plan to sell hari raya cookies, but have not finalised which cookies will be in my list. Don't worry, I will update before fasting month starts, InsyaAllah.
